We believe in delivering great results where the team and customers will always come first.
This is a versatile, hands-on role with a strong focus on food preparation – therefore, experience and understanding of commercial kitchen environment will be highly beneficial.
Any culinary experience and/or skills would be an advantage but full training given to the right person.

- Conduct inductions and training for team members
- Identify challenges and support team
- Supervising the team with a hands-on approach
- Delegating tasks appropriately

Roles and Responsibilities:
Aside from your specific role duties. Your duties will also include customer service and general assistant tasks – training will be provided where required. This is a fast-paced environment, and you will need to have the personality and character to match.
- Provide excellent customer service (face to face or telephone)
- Ensure orders are ready in a timely manner for our delivery service
- Preparing and cooking the foods
- Taking food and drink orders
- Operating the tills and EPOS order system. Taking payment in cash and cards.
- Maintaining dining areas and kitchen areas, including clearing and cleaning tables, emptying trash cans, and washing
- Promoting positive guest relations
- Check that all restaurant facilities, equipment, or furnishings are in good order.
Essential:
- Proven track record of experience in a similar environment
- High standards of work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Experience:
- Food preparation: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
